Terms and Conditions for Turon Gates Adventure Reels Competition on Instagram and Facebook
**1. Eligibility:** This competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Turon Gates, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
**2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:** By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of Turon Gates, which are final and binding in all respects.
**3. Competition Period:** Entries will be accepted online on Instagram and Facebook starting from the Competition Start Date when it is announced on social media on the Turon Gates official channels and ending 30 days thereafter. All online entries must be received within this period.
**4. How to Enter:**
- Follow @TuronGates on Instagram and/or Facebook.
- Post your Reel(s) on Instagram and/or Facebook using the hashtag #TuronGatesGuest.
- Tag @TuronGates in your Reel.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Multiple entries per person are allowed.
- Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Turon Gates.
**5. Content Requirements:**
- Each Reel must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
- The content must be appropriate for all audiences and must not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, violent, or in violation of any third-party rights.
**6. Prizes:**
- The winner will receive a $500 Turon Gates voucher.
- The 1st and 2nd runners-up will each receive a $100 Turon Gates voucher.
- Winners will be required to upload the original footage/reel to a link before the voucher can be issued.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is redeemable for any accommodation, service or product sold by Turon Gates. Simply use the code online or over the phone with our Reservations Team to redeem. There is no expiry date and the code may be used on multiple purchases. It is not necessary to use the entire amount in one purchase.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Turon Gates to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
**7. Winner Selection and Notification:**
- Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Turon Gates based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme of adventure at Turon Gates.
- Winners will be notified via DM on Instagram or Facebook within five (5) days following selection.
- Turon Gates shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
**8. Rights Granted by You:**
- By entering this content, you understand and agree that Turon Gates, anyone acting on behalf of Turon Gates, and Turon Gates’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, app or website platform now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
**9. Terms & Conditions:**
- Turon Gates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Turon Gates’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
