OUR CHANGES & PROTOCOLS IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-VIRUS
Our greatest priority is that our guests and team members feel safe and secure. We would like to give you an update on what we are doing to ensure you remain safe and healthy.
Turon’s cabins and glamping tents are spread over 6000 acres so there is plenty of room to roam and not come within personal distance of others.
It is the perfect place to leave the concerns of the world behind. Simply come visit in your own car with your own food and enjoy your self-contained glamping tent or cabin in pristine Australian bushland.
There is no need for any interaction with anybody else – just relax – bushwalk, read a book or sit in front of a log fire with a glass of wine and people you love – you can even catch up on your work (we do have cabins that have mobile coverage and/or wifi – we just don’t recommend it).
Should you need to change or cancel your booking within the cancellation period (7 days for camping and 14 days for log cabins, cottages and glamping), we recommend you offer your booking to friends and family - perhaps they can reimburse you.
In the event you cannot find someone to take your booking and you are cancelling within the cancellation period, Turon Gates offers the following assistance:
LOG CABINS & GLAMPING ACCOMMODATION
1) We will endeavour to fill your booking. If we are able to fill your booking, then you will receive a full refund.
2) If we are unable to fill your booking, then we can offer you a midweek during school term replacement stay so that you do not lose your funds and still get a holiday. There is no time limit on this credit.
For a small fee of $20 you may move your booking to another date which is more suitable.
When you come to Turon Gates you can be assured that our staff are using hospital grade disinfectant, cleanliness and safe distance protocols.
Our team are following NSW Health guidelines regarding vaccination requirements for staff.
Anti-bacterial dishwasher liquid has been placed in all glamping and log cabin accommodation.
All books, magazines, games, DVDs have been removed – please bring your entertainment.
Hot water bottles have been removed.
